PSA: Trader Joe’s has discontinued Unexpected Cheddar, a.k.a. the best cheese they carried in their godforsaken store. I may have made a bit of a scene on Monday when I found out. Update to Betsy: When I asked the stockperson if it was out or if it was discontinued, the stockperson went to talk to “The Cheese Lady*” (I hope this is her actual title) and returned with the bad news, to which I replied, “WHAT?!”.  Like you would if you heard the president had been shot or they found a cure for cancer. People were staring; I tried to laugh it off. but I don’t think they bought it. *I want to be The Cheese Lady.
