I’m looking for a picture of Ash from the supermarket scene* at the end of Fantastic Mr. Fox, the movie with which I am singularly obsessed at the moment. He’s covered in grape juice and looking adorable. I can’t seem to find a single picture of this anywhere.

Mountain Goats, No Children

I saw Final Fantasy and the Mountain Goats at the 930 Club on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I had elaborately planned my Thanksgiving break (flights, car rides, etc.) around attending this concert and it was absolutely worth it.

This is the album version of the song that they closed the night with. You can sort of get the feeling from it, but when it was sung to a few hundred stragglers, who almost assuredly had similarly planned their holiday weekends, the resulting sing-along was fantastic.
